When quarantine started I began doing at-home workouts with my sister playing just dance or going to my backyard to run with my dad. I then discovered a YouTuber named Chloe Ting and began working out with her videos 6 days a week. I usually do a 20-minute warm-up by myself and then follow along with two of her videos and finish off with a long stretch to make sure I don’t hurt myself. I’ve also recently begun doing volleyball and basketball practices online. It is really hard to get motivated to workout especially when you are alone at home. One of the techniques I have found work really well for me to get motivated is to dance to some of my favorite songs as a warm-up before exercising and it is great to motivate myself. I try my best to be consecutive with my workouts since it is important for my health to stay active during quarantine. I work out of at least four hours a week.
