I started playing volleyball two years ago. I didn’t completely fall in love with it at first but I can definitely say that I’ve learned to love it over time. I love how loud it is. It’s also a team sport so you basically become the team. The feeling is inexplicable when you win a match and the whole team comes together screaming and jumping. At school, we participate in two different competitions: ADCA and SAAC. I’ve played in SAAC two times. The first time was in Peru in 2017 and we came in second place. The second time I traveled was in Ecuador and we took the first place medal completely undefeated. it's something I take a lot of pride in and will never forget.
